About Us
BuildingManager.in, the flagship B2B Property Management arm of the Mandanvijana Group, is based in Mumbai, India. Our journey began during the COVID-19 pandemic, when housing societies faced unprecedented challenges as managers, housekeeping staff, security personnel, and other essential workers left due to fear of COVID-19 and uncertainty.
As Mumbaikars, we stepped forward to support housing societies and their residents in overcoming these disruptions, which led to the emergence of BuildingManager.in as a solution to real-life property management challenges. With the support of experienced professionals, we built a strong team of skilled experts associated with us on both full-time and part-time bases, and developed an experienced workforce capable of delivering a wide range of services to residential housing societies and, subsequently, to the institutional, commercial, and industrial sectors.
We are privileged to serve more than 50 housing societies and manage over 3,000 flats and entities.
